Yes. Your artwork is valuable to us, and we keep it on file to make reorders fast and easy. In general, we store approved artwork for at least 12 months, so you don’t have to resend files every time you order new graphics or additional frames. If you placed an order more than a year ago, email us at sales@mobilelightbox.us or contact us via our form with your previous order number, and we will check whether your files are still available.
