PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

Returns & Refund Policy:

To contact our office directly for any returns to receive RMA form.  

Multiple Shipping Addresses

If you would like to request your order, be split up and shipped to different addresses, you may request this service directly from Mobile Light Box. Alternatively, please place individual orders directly on our web shop to each customer directly.

In case Mobile Light Box gets a requests to add labels to individual boxes or to re-box packages into master boxes; in any request that requires extra labor, we reserve the right to charge labor at an hourly rate of $75/hour, which will be in the form of a written estimate.

Hardware Only Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a hardware product, please fill out our Return Form within 30 calendar days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned in the original box, in unused condition we will exchange it, or offer you a refund, based on your original method of payment and your needs. The product must be returned to the warehouse at your digression within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. (all shipping fee’s are non refundable) All products must include any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product.

Returns Containing Printed Graphics

Printed graphics are non-refundable due to its custom nature with the media and labor required to produce. However, the stock hardware portion of the display can be returned for a refund. Please call 561-653-1946 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 30 calendar days of the receipt of the product. If the hardware portion is returned in the original box, in unused condition we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment and your needs. The product must be returned to the warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. (all shipping fee’s are non refundable) All products must include any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Order Corrections

If your order is incorrect or damaged in the initial shipping from us, to its original destination, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order, and at our discretion we will make the proper corrections for you.

For prompt care

Please email borja@mobilelightbox.us and inform us of your order number, issue, revised in hand date, and ship to address. Images of the issue are required for immediate consideration by management.

Warranty

The Mobile Light Box frames carry a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defect. All graphics carry a 30-day limited warranty. All other products carry a 1-year limited warranty. However, if your order is incorrect or damaged in shipping please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and at our discretion we will make the proper arrangements.

Graphic Approval

Graphic orders will be scheduled to ship by our print shop and the order will be processed as ordered unless you notify us to any changes prior to ship date scheduled. Graphics must be print ready and pre-approved in writing via email before printing can take place. Any discrepancies or changes to your order should happen before the graphics are released sent to production. The order will go into a secondary approval process internally at Mobile Light Box to ensure best quality. If you need the order split, please contact our customer service department for assistance. Please only approve of your graphic art when you are ready to commit to it’s printing, as this approval is final, and not reversible.

Limitation of Liability

www.mobilelightbox.us shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if www.mobilelightbox.us has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

When placing an order with Mobile Light Box US the customer agrees to the terms or our limited liability, and return and refund policies. Mobile Light Box’s limit of liability is the purchase price of the stand or banner purchased. The customer agrees to hold Mobile Light Box harmless for any other costs other than those associated with the direct purchase price of the stand or banner purchased. Mobile Light Box  does not refund shipping charges. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges of products. Mobile Light Box is not responsible for products damaged in shipping, mis or redirected products, or any other circumstances out of Mobile Light Box’s control. A stand or banner may be either refunded or repaired at Mobile Light Box’s discretion, if it is within the return policy time frame.

In no event shall www.mobilelightbox.us’s liability to Customer’s for any claims under this Agreement exceed the amount paid by Customer to www.mobilelightbox.us during the three (3) months preceding the occurrence of the event’s giving rise to Customer’s claim.

When it comes to shipping delays we follow our shipping service providers Rules and Exclusions. We are unable to refund any delays due to the following below: Shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond forwarders’ control including, but not limited to: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept Delivery of the Shipment, acts of God, natural disasters, war risks, acts of terrorism, acts of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, acts or omissions of customs or similar authorities, authority of law, insufficient information provided by a customer, Hazardous Materials Packages improperly offered for transport, the application of security regulations imposed by the government, or other-wise applicable to the Shipment, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, civil,unrest, disruptions in national or local air or ground transportation networks (including, but not limited to, forwarder’s transportation network), disruption or failure of communication and information systems, and adverse weather conditions.

– International Shipments for which the customer is responsible as the payer of any applicable duties and taxes and Delivery is delayed until payment arrangements are made. Mobile Light Box is not responsible for any taxes nor broker fees imposed by the receiving government or any other foreign Entity for the Drop ship of our products. Nor is Mobile Light Box responsible for any shipping delays caused by the government agency. It is the receiver’s responsibility to pay all duty/ taxes and broker fees associated with the shipment to the country of destination.

Shipping/Address Change in Transit

Also, if a customer requests an address change while the package is in transit – at no fault of Mobile Light Box – then there will be a fee added at time of request.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a www.mobilelightbox.us product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Mobile Light Box reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. www.mobilelightbox.us reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, www.mobilelightbox.us shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

The customer also recognizes that because subject matter does not have to bear a copyright or © ® TM or SM notice in order to be protected by copyright law, absence of such notice does not necessarily assure a right to reproduce. The customer further warrants that no copyright notice has been removed from any material used in preparing the subject matter for reproduction. To support these warranties, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold us, the service provider, harmless for all liability, damages, and attorney fees that may be incurred in any legal action connected with copyright or © ® TM or SM infringement involving the work produced or provided with or without the © ® TM or SM symbols present.

Trademarks

All trademarks, service marks and trade names of www.mobilelightbox.us used in the site are trademarks or registered trademarks of Mobile Light Box US or Matrix Frame BV.

Term; Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Mobile Light Box US without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

www.mobilelightbox.us may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to www.mobilelightbox.us

Use of Site

Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, comments, reviews, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a www.mobilelightbox.us or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. We do not typically sign signature requests for 3rd party agreements, or any type of indemnification agreements anytime before, or during the order process, including during production, in which customers will be responsible for any and all portions of your order that is already in production depending on order status.

In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, www.mobilelightbox.us may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with www.mobilelightbox.us, Mobile Light Box has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of www.mobilelightbox.us. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, www.mobilelightbox.us seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).

Resale Identification

Prior to accepting orders on Mobile Light Box US, we require all customers to submit the following documents, which identifies your business as a reseller in the sign, graphics, or advertising industries.

Step 3. Once you get approval for your account, you can start order online.

Documents required to set up a www.mobilelightbox.us account:

4.      Wholesale License and DBA

Tax

Unless you submit a copy of the ship-to state resale certificate or a statement of delivery of indian country*, please note that you will be required to pay use tax on orders that have blind shipment requests to some states.

A 0.5% general excise tax will be collected on all orders shipped to Hawaii. For more information, please click General Excise Tax.

*To get a statement of delivery of indian country, please click Statement of Delivery in Indian Country.

Please know that if we are not provided with the appropriate resale certificate within the same month of the transaction, we will not be able to refund any sales tax charged to your account after the filling period. A refund will then need to be requested directly with the Ship to State, for further information please contact the state office directly.

Cash Refund Policy

If you have a cash refund this will be issued back in the same manner of payment as we received. For example, if you paid with your credit card we will refund the same credit card, if this option is not available we will be issuing a check.

Store Credit

Store credits will expire 120 days after the issue date and have no cash value and do not qualify for a cash refund. Store credits are to be used for the purchase of additional items on our website. Store Credits are issued in the form of a Coupon and can be redeemed in the given time period.

Third Party Agreements

We do not typically sign, signature requests for third party agreements, of any type, before, during, or after the order process. Customers will be responsible for any and all portions of their order that is already in production.
