Each Mobile Light Box is packed to withstand transport. Frames and lighting components are placed in protective foam inserts and/or wheeled transport bags, and then shipped inside sturdy cardboard cartons. Fabric graphics are folded or rolled and protected inside polybags to keep them clean and dry. Our standard light boxes are in stock and can typically ship within 1–2 business days from ordering. In many cases we split‑ship the order: the hardware ships first, and the printed graphics follow shortly after for faster handling. Under normal circumstances, hardware ships via Ground due to weight, and printed graphics ship either Ground or Air, depending on your requested in‑hand date. When you order just the frame, you receive only the Mobile Light Box hardware (the aluminum frame and lighting), without any printed SEG fabric graphics. We use direct dye‑sublimation printing onto our SEG fabric, meaning the inks are infused directly into the fibers of the material rather than just sitting on the surface. This process produces rich, vibrant colors with smooth gradients and excellent durability, ideal for backlit applications where every detail is visible. It also helps the graphics resist scratching and cracking over time, even with repeated installations.
