You need a Shelf Kit for either the MLB85 or MLB100
Yes, you do need to make two cuts in the fabric, no worries if you do it in a careful way you will be able to use the banner many times. In this movie the last step is a Hanging Pole, that is a separate item not part of the Shelf Kit.
