Check if you have the correct charger. On the back of the charger, you should find 25.2V. If you lost yours, you can buy one in our spare parts.

You will need one Half Foot Right and one Half Foot Left to place your Mobile Light Box against the wall. For the banner we recommend to use a blockout back banner to avoid any light effects on the wall.
It is a slide and click system, no tools or force needed to assemble the frame. Every Mobile Light Box will come with an instruction booklet, Pdf’s can be found within the Technical Specifications of each frame in our Download Center.
