For print orders, please follow these instructions. Share the below details with your designer or studio, so we can properly process your print order. After placing your for the Mobile Light Box with printing included, we’ll automatically send you a follow-up message containing PDF instructions for your specific size of Mobile Light Box.

Print-ready files must be sent to borja@mobilelightbox.us or via our WeTransfer site: https://mobilelightbox.wetransfer.com/ .
Please mention your webshop order number when you are sending the print files.

To help set up the right print files, we’ve setup an instructional template specifically for each product. Please download the file for you and/or your creative team. It will help you set up the design to be printed in the correct way to be printed, with as little hassle as possible.
Please download the print instructions for your specific product.
- File format: PDF (version 1.6 or higher) or TIF (LZW compression)
- Fonts converted to paths or fully embedded
- Bleed: 10 mm
- Safety distance: 30 mm
- Minimum resolution: 100 ppi (for scale 1 to 1)
- Remove crops and all extra markings before saving file
- No alpha channels, masks, color bars, etc.
