Instead of using your own facility or arranging outside storage, you can keep your frames and packed materials with us in Palm City, Florida, so they remain organized and easier to access for future trade shows, activations, and installations.

This service is available for individual frame storage and pallet-based storage, allowing you to choose the option that best matches the size of your inventory. Frame storage is billed at $10 per frame and can be selected on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis, while pallet storage is billed at $150 per month for one standard pallet measuring 48 x 40 x 48 inches.

Frame Storage

Frame storage is intended for customers who have purchased Mobile Light Box hardware and want a simple off-site storage solution without dedicating their own warehouse space. This option is priced per frame, making it practical for customers storing only a few systems or building a flexible storage program over time.

Pallet Storage

Pallet storage is ideal for larger storage needs, including multiple frames, packed accessories, or event materials consolidated on one pallet. The pallet option is billed at $150 per month for one standard pallet up to 48 x 40 x 48 inches.

Post-Show Inspection Included

Every storage term includes a post-show inspection of your returned frames and materials. After each event, Mobile Light Box inspects the hardware for visible damage, wear, or missing components, and documents any issues found.

As part of this inspection, we will:

• Check frames, connectors, and LED components for damage or functional issues
• Review graphics and accessories for wear and handling damage
• Provide a quote for any necessary repairs or replacements before your next event

Recommended Travel Protection

For repeat shipments and multi-show programs, we highly recommend using a hard shell travel case to protect your Mobile Light Box frames in transit. Hard cases help reduce shipping damage, keep components organized, and improve the lifespan of your display hardware across multiple shows.
